Monday - Speed & Agility
Two days a week we put the training emphasis in different areas of athletic performance.

Tuesday - Explosive Power
Developing explosive power takes time and consistency. Our training regimines have produced multiple professional athletes from NFL, MLB, MLS, NBA and Professional Volleyball.

Wednesday - Speed & Agility
Speed and agility are a top priority in all of sports. Developing faster more agile athletes all starts with balance and coordination.

Thursday - Explosive Power
Coach Jerry Bullitt has developed multiple professional and collegiate athletes across all sports. Bullitt Training produces results!
Level II- Specialized Small Group

BULLITT TRAINING STRENGTH CLUB
Evaluations will be the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:00 A.M. with Coach Jerry Bullitt. These evaluations will consist of a variety of movements that help dictate your level within the Bullitt Training Strength Club. Based on Evaluations- the two programs below. **Parents must be present at Evaluations** ALL TRAINING AND STRENGTH CLUB SESSION SALES ARE FINAL.

Level 1- IBT (Intro to Bullitt)
Monday/Wednesdays at 6:15 PM
Tuesday/Thursdays at 6:15 PM
$175/month- 2x a week
Level 1 includes Physical Educational Homework**

Level 2- BT (Bullitt Training)
Monday/Wednesdays at 7:15 PM
Tuesdays/Thursdays at 7:15 PM
Session packages- 8 sessions-$50/each, 16 sessions-$40/each, 24 sessions- $30/each
Add the additional Sunday training sessions for 50% off your package price. *Sunday sessions- 5:15 PM*
